1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Elite Vital Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS sold by Elite Vital Labs are intended EXCLUSIVELY for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. These products are:

  • NOT for human consumption
  • NOT for veterinary or animal use
  • NOT for diagnostic or therapeutic applications
  • NOT FDA-approved for any medical use

By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory investigation.

3. Chemical Supplier Classification

Elite Vital Labs is a chemical supplier. We are NOT:

  • A compounding pharmacy under Section 503A of the FD&C Act
  • An outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the FD&C Act
  • A medical provider or healthcare professional

4. Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Elite Vital Labs. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. No Medical Claims

Elite Vital Labs makes NO claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any product for any purpose. We provide NO dosage recommendations, usage instructions, or medical advice. All product information is provided for research reference only.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Proper handling, storage, and use of research materials
  • Obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or approvals
  • Understanding and mitigating all risks associated with laboratory research

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Vital Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. All products are sold AS IS without warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Vital Labs, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rowan County, NC.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered for products that arrive damaged or incorrect, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
