Free Express Shipping on All Orders
Every order ships free via FedEx or UPS — whichever is fastest to your address.
Processing Schedule
We ship twice daily — 11 AM and 3 PM EST — Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed before 11 AM EST → Ship same day (morning batch)
- Orders placed before 3 PM EST → Ship same day (afternoon batch)
- Orders after 3 PM → Ship next business day
Carriers
We select between FedEx and UPS based on your delivery address, choosing the fastest delivery time at the best rate. Both carriers provide full tracking and delivery confirmation.
Delivery Times
- FedEx Express / UPS Next Day: 1 business day (most addresses)
- FedEx 2Day / UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days
- Transit times vary by distance from our North Carolina facility
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided within 2 hours of shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your label is generated.
Packaging
All products ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with cold packs when necessary.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Exceptions:
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours. Photo documentation required.
- Incorrect item received: We will ship the correct product immediately at no cost.
- Missing items: Verified against packing records — replacement shipped same day.
